All Programs

B.Sc., LL.B. (Hons.)

The five-year integrated B.Sc. LL.B. (Hons.) program at the School of Law, Forensic Justice, and Policy Studies, NFSU, is a unique interdisciplinary course designed to blend the principles of law with the analytical foundations of science. It equips students with the knowledge and skills required for emerging areas of legal practice and policy-making, with a strong emphasis on science and technology applications in the legal domain. The program is structured across ten semesters, with a well-balanced mix of law, science, and technology-oriented subjects, ensuring holistic development for students aspiring to pursue careers in law, forensic sciences, and data-driven legal research.

Eligibility Criteria

Eligibility Criteria for candidates seeking admission in the First Year of five-year integrated B.Sc..; LL.B. (Hons.) Programme under the School of Law, Forensic Justice and Policy Studies, NFSU

  1. Candidate has to qualify CLAT exam and admission is based on merit list of CLAT Score of the admission year; and
  2. Passed Intermediate/Higher Secondary Board Exam (10+2) in Science Stream or Commerce/Arts Stream with Mathematics or Statistics subject with 50% marks or equivalent (45% or equivalent marks for SC/ST and PWD category)

LL. M. (Criminal Law and Criminal Justice Administration)

The LLM in Criminal Law is a specialized postgraduate program designed for law graduates aspiring to deepen their understanding of criminal justice and related disciplines. This program combines theoretical and practical aspects, emphasizing comparative and interdisciplinary approaches to equip students with advanced legal knowledge and skills. Admission to this program requires candidates to qualify for the PG CLAT (Common Law Admission Test) of the admission year. Selection is based on a merit list derived from the PG CLAT scores. Eligibility criteria include completing a three-year LL.B. after graduation or a five-year integrated law program with at least 50% aggregate marks or an equivalent grade.

LLM (Cyber Law And Cyber Crime Investigation)

The LLM in Cyber Law and Technology is a cutting-edge postgraduate program designed to address the rapidly evolving legal challenges in the digital age. This program equips law graduates with specialized knowledge of cyber laws, digital forensics, and other related fields, making them adept at navigating the complexities of technology-driven legal frameworks. Admission to the program is contingent on qualifying the PG CLAT (Common Law Admission Test) for the admission year. The selection process is based on a merit list derived from the PG CLAT scores. Eligible candidates must have completed a three-year LL.B. program post-graduation or a five-year integrated law program with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks or an equivalent grade.
