PROGRAM OVERVIEW
The LLM in Cyber Law and Technology is a cutting-edge postgraduate program designed to address the rapidly evolving legal challenges in the digital age. This program equips law graduates with specialized knowledge of cyber laws, digital forensics, and other related fields, making them adept at navigating the complexities of technology-driven legal frameworks. Admission to the program is contingent on qualifying the PG CLAT (Common Law Admission Test) for the admission year. The selection process is based on a merit list derived from the PG CLAT scores. Eligible candidates must have completed a three-year LL.B. program post-graduation or a five-year integrated law program with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks or an equivalent grade.
- Practical training with judicial bodies, legal consultants, law enforcement agencies, and forensic science laboratories and other industries.
- Exposure to real-world cases involving digital forensics, data privacy, and cyber legislation.
