PROGRAM OVERVIEW

Today, we are living in a world which is largely driven my internet-based systems. Easy and affordable accessibility of internet has made our life simple and more convenient. On the same time, this easy accessibility of internet also created its own challenges in the terms of cyber crime and cyber warfare. No single individual is safe from cyber crime and thus this course is specifically designed to safeguard the cyber-space and mitigate cybercrimes which are booming around us. 1 year short duration diploma course designed in such a way that it will offer deeper and practical insights of cyber security and digital forensics. Starting with fundamentals like networking, scripting to digital forensics, incident response and management, vulnerability assessment, this course offers holistic understanding of cyber security and the evolving threats. As a part of pedagogy, laboratory component is mandatory in this course which will help students to get first-hand experience of understanding cyber-space.
